LifeMapp was designed to guide you through every stage of an intensive care stay and provide all the information you need. Conceived as a compass, the app helps you find your bearings and move towards returning to everyday life. Developed by the One O One Endowment Fund, LifeMapp is available free of charge to units that request it.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Your loved one is currently being cared for in our intensive care unit. We understand how difficult this situation can be and want to assure you of our full commitment to their care.

Our department has 25 beds divided between two units: - an intensive care unit for the most critically ill patients, - a high-dependency unit for patients who are more stable but still require close monitoring.

Care is provided by a multidisciplinary team comprising: a nurse manager, lead nurse, nurses, healthcare assistants, hospital service staff, physiotherapists, a psychologist, a social worker and a dietitian. Everyone works together with compassion to give your loved one the best possible care while also supporting you through this difficult experience.

Please ask any questions you may have. You have an important place at your loved one’s side, and your presence is valuable.
