GH70 – Haute-Saône Hospital Group

Our commitments to supporting you:

You or someone close to you has just been admitted to intensive care.

LifeMapp is designed to guide you through every stage of an intensive care stay and provide the information you need. Like a compass, it helps you find your bearings and move towards everyday life again. Developed by the One O One Endowment Fund, LifeMapp is available free of charge to units that request it.

Welcome

Dear Sir or Madam,

Your loved one is currently being cared for in our Critical Care Department. It includes a 12-bed General Intensive Care Unit and an adjoining six-bed High-Dependency Unit.

Our medical, nursing and allied health teams provide round-the-clock care for adults with, or at risk of developing, acute medical or postoperative conditions that may be life-threatening in the short term.

We are deeply committed to the quality and safety of the care provided each day, as well as to improving this difficult experience for both your loved one and you.

One of our key roles is therefore to support you as fully as possible through our availability and commitment throughout the stay.
