Saint-Antoine Hospital
Our commitments to supporting you:
You or someone close to you has just been admitted to intensive care.
LifeMapp is designed to guide you through every stage of an intensive care stay and provide the information you need. Like a compass, it helps you find your bearings and move towards everyday life again. Developed by the One O One Endowment Fund, LifeMapp is available free of charge to units that request it.
Our unit provides round-the-clock care for adult patients who have, or are at risk of developing, acute medical conditions that may be life-threatening in the short term. The medical, nursing and allied health teams manage organ failure using often complex support treatments and close monitoring, providing the best possible care in a highly advanced clinical environment. Our team also supports patients’ families and friends through this difficult period. As a university hospital unit, we also conduct medical research, which is essential to continuously improving the quality of care, and provide teaching for future generations of healthcare professionals, including residents, medical students and student nurses.
