Visits are reserved for parents, family members and loved ones. The unit is open around the clock, seven days a week, to the parents of children admitted here. You may sometimes need to wait in the waiting room before entering the unit. Day or night, use the intercom to the left of the door to let us know you have arrived.
No more than two people may be in the room at the same time.
During the first week of the stay, two additional family members or loved ones may visit the child. From the seventh day, the visitor list may be expanded to allow four further people to visit the child and support the family.
Brothers and sisters may also visit. Please speak to the team to find out how a sibling visit can be arranged.
