The intensive care unit is open 24 hours a day, so you may visit your loved one whenever you wish. However, their treatment must not be interrupted, and we may therefore ask you to wait while a procedure is completed before entering the room. Please also note that the medical and care teams cannot provide updates at all times of day and night. To make communication easier, a main family contact should be appointed, such as the designated trusted person, a relative or a friend. This person will be the intensive care team’s primary point of contact.

Visits by children under 13 may be possible only under certain conditions; please speak to the medical team.
